*Coaching: Begin by booking your initial coachingsession. I work with people for at minimum of five sessions or over a four to six month period. What that looks like is for us to create together.
Half-day Intensive: Deepening the conversation and connection with nature. This includes lunch.
This is five hours.

ZenMoment, a five week course connecting with the nature of who you are.
Resource-oriented course, for adult relatives to a family member struggling with their experience.
And, courses I run in collaboration with my wonderful colleagues.
**Retreats: My retreats are held in beautiful and natural surroundings and online.
This is an invitation for you to deepen your grounding in who you are through silence, contemplation, conversation and in connection with nature.
The retreats are held over three or four days.
