I am a trained coach and therapist with extensive experience in helping people find their way back to peace of mind, inner calm and the wisdom to know what is right for them.​ I support my clients in discovering their innate resilience and wellbeing, so they get the most out of school, work, family and everyday life. I inspire and engage my clients to re-discover the highest and brightest version of who they are in the context of love, joy and peace.
I explore with my clients that which is always true of our human and spiritual experience, how our mind works, who we are beyond our clouded thinking and gently point the way to a life living from ease, presence and well-being. This in relation to ourselves, our family, work and everyday life.
I have been a student of the Three Principles since 1996, and am a trained 3P Practitioner, Master Coach and facilitator. I have an M.A. in Jungian Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a B.A. in psychology and philosophy with emphasis on nature as a therapeutic "tool" from Prescott College, as well as a NLP Master Practitioner. ​I speak and write fluent Danish and English, and from my experience of living many years abroad in the United State, I also have great cultural understanding of both the United States and Denmark. Curriculum Vitae
1:1 Inspired conversations
These sessions are focused on you and what you bring to the conversation. They are are for you who want to create impactful positive transformations in your life where you live from a place of deep presence, clarity and inner calm. The sessions are online, or in-person if you live in Denmark.

1:1 Inspired conversations

You can start by booking your first session or inquire about a clarifying conversation. After your first session you will know if the coaching package of five sessions is for you. My experience is that when my clients choose to stay in the conversation over a longer periode of time, they find themselves more relaxed and present in the conversation.​

  • experience feelings of anxiousness and worry.
  • want to best support your loved ones through a difficult time, while there also being space for you.
  • feel stressed or overwhelmed about your job, family and/or everyday life, like there isn't enough hours in the day.

I have a lot of experience being in conversation with:
  • People who feel stressed, overwhelmed and mentally exhausted - this is e.g. relatives to a family member who experience mental health issues - parents, couples, siblings and adult children.
  • Concerned parents.
  • Young people who feel pressure for various reasons; school, family life, friends, sports - and want to find their direction and footing in life and as a human being - the pressure is often felt as anxiety, low self-esteem, worries, inner turmoil and tension, etc.​

Supervision provides the opportunity for you to gain deeper understanding of your own grounding as a Three Principles practitioner and coach, and gives you the opportunity to reflect on your impact as a practitioner and coach.
